Just thought I should drop you a line to express my gratitude for Steve Little and his team who have just installed an Ozzi Kleen system at my home in the Adelaide Hills. 

Firstly, Steve came out on a Saturday just after the huge storms in Adelaide and four days without power when every septic expert was in huge demand. He was so kind and made me feel very reassured that everything will be handled with a minimum of fuss. He handled all the council queries and got approvals through within a week.  He and his team have been so courteous and efficient I have nothing but praise for them.  The system is highly regarded by the Adelaide Hill Council so this too helped final approval go through smoothly too.  Please refer us to anyone who is looking for a recommendation that I am happy to rave accordingly.
